We provide Bid Specifications to make it easier to define what you want in a fair and competitive environment. For purposes of keeping the file size as small as possible, the sample specifications are in PDF format. However, it you want this information in easily modified WORD or Open Office Writer format, just give us a call at 800.489.2611. We make doing business easy!
We don't forget you after the sale is made. Normally, we provide on-site training for our customers and their personnel. As a supplement and aid to training, we have prepared specialized training, both for administrative personnel and users. We know that training of personnel is an on-going issue.
